Insta360 has just unveiled the Mic Pro, a flagship wireless microphone system that redefines how we experience sound. This innovative tool is designed for creators, filmmakers, podcasters, and event professionals, allowing them to capture high-quality audio without the hassle of complex setups. The Mic Pro boasts two groundbreaking features: a customizable e-Ink screen and a unique three-microphone array.
More than just a professional production device, the Mic Pro empowers a new generation of creators to tell their stories through “heard, seen, and personalized” audio. It transforms your microphone into an avatar, displaying your name, logo, and identity on every frame.
The choice of e-Ink over OLED balances functionality and style. E-Ink consumes power only during screen refresh, significantly extending battery life throughout long working days.
In bright sunlight, OLED screens can appear as glowing white blobs or washed-out panels, while e-Ink remains sharp and contrast-rich with no glare. This makes the Mic Pro far more reliable than competing OLED devices for outdoor shoots, live events, and streaming.
Additionally, an onboard NPU chip provides advanced AI noise cancellation, preserving the natural tone of the voice while suppressing background noise. Unlike typical filtering that muffles sound, the NPU processes audio with precision to ensure natural timbre and clarity, effectively canceling wind noise, crowd chatter, and environmental interference while keeping voices clear and realistic.
