据介绍，GC50F0 基于格科 GalaxyCell® 2.0 工艺平台构建，使用 0.64μm 像素外观，光学规格为 1/2.8 英寸，兼容 5000 万像素高分辨率图像输出及 4K 视频拍摄。可以高解析力展现广角视野，记录壮阔风景。
IT之家注意到，iQOO 16 手机还使用 1/1.3 英寸 5000 万像素超感光大底，跟 iQOO15 比进光量直接提高 79%。除此之外还带有 5000 万索尼超级潜望长焦，CIPA 5.5 专业级防抖。
依据官方公布的信息，iQOO 16 全球首发 2K 165Hz 三星珠峰屏，搭载三星表明 M16 发光材料，兼容 1100nits 手动峰值亮度、2800nits 全局峰值亮度以及 10000nits 局部峰值亮度。这块显示屏还兼容 1.24 倍 P3 色域覆盖范围，并开展逐屏色彩校准。

According to the introduction, the GC50F0 is built on Goke's GalaxyCell® 2.0 process platform, featuring a 0.64μm pixel size, an optical format of 1/2.8 inches, and support for 50-megapixel high-resolution image output and 4K video recording. It delivers a wide-angle view with high resolving power, capturing magnificent landscapes.
IT Home noted that the iQOO 16 also uses a 1/1.3-inch 50-megapixel ultra-sensitive large sensor, offering a direct 79% increase in light intake compared with the iQOO 15. In addition, it features a 50-megapixel Sony super periscope telephoto lens with CIPA 5.5 professional-grade stabilization.
According to officially released information, the iQOO 16 debuts globally with a 2K 165Hz Samsung Everest screen, equipped with Samsung's latest M16 light-emitting material, supporting 1100nits manual peak brightness, 2800nits global peak brightness, and 10000nits local peak brightness. This display also supports 1.24x P3 color gamut coverage and undergoes per-screen color calibration.
