IT之家 9 月 15 日消息，由中国通信企业协会主办的 2026 信息通信行业 6G+ 人工智能创新发展研讨会于上周末在雄安新区举办。会上举行了 AI-eSIM 团体标准编制启动仪式，AI-eSIM 领域将迎来规范化、标准化发展新阶段。
中国通信企业协会、腾讯云计算（北京）有限责任公司、阿里云计算有限公司、北京火山引擎科技有限公司、京东集团股份有限公司、中国电信股份有限公司增值业务运营中心、中国移动通信有限公司研究院、上海观安信息工艺股份有限公司、北京握奇数据股份有限公司、紫光同芯微电子有限公司等单位代表出席标准编制启动仪式。
当前，AI-eSIM 依托 Byte+Token 的融合运营模式快速发展，同时标准化短板也日益凸显，产业链上下游缺乏统一的交互范式，不同厂商的机型对接成本高、互联互通难度大，制约了产业规模化发展。
本次启动的 AI-eSIM 团体标准编制，由 AI-eSIM 专业委员会主任单位中国移动物联网公司牵头，联合中国电信股份有限公司全渠道运营中心、联通华盛通信有限公司主编，将全面规范 AI-eSIM 全产业链核心环节，明确智能物联终端、空中写卡、身份认证、智能体平台、AI-eSIM 运营管理平台等各模块的接口定义、交互流程及操作准则，为智能物联终端互联互通给出接口规范。
下一步，标准起草组将遵循中国通信企业协会团体标准管理规范推进编制工作，并面向行业吸纳芯片、模组、终端、平台企业及科研机构等产学研用单位参与研制。
会上，雄安新区 AI 智能硬件重点实验室（以下简称实验室）正式揭牌，标志着雄安新区在 AI 智能硬件产业创新与生态共建领域迈出关键一步。
实验室是中国移动立足雄安新区数字城市建设、面向全国万物智联产业发展搭建的专业化创新平台，由中国移动物联网公司旗下芯昇科技建设运营。
实验室聚焦产业核心需要，基于 AI-eSIM 攻坚 AI 智能硬件工艺创新，以赋能机型迭代升级、构建良性协同产业生态为核心定位，搭建起覆盖“展示-创意-原型-机型-复制推广”全链条体系，形成产学研用深度融合的合作闭环。
北京火山引擎科技有限公司、腾讯云计算（北京）有限责任公司、阿里云计算有限公司、京东集团股份有限公司等作为中国通信企业协会 AI-eSIM 专业委员会与实验室的战略合作平台签约。
联想（北京）有限公司、北京熠序科技有限公司、昆仑数智（雄安）科技有限责任公司、保定白沟新城毛绒玩具协会、深圳达实物联网工艺有限公司、北京汉王智远科技有限公司、湖南快乐阳光互动娱乐传媒有限公司、深圳市宏瀚微电子有限公司等作为工作室代表，与中国移动物联网公司旗下芯昇科技完成多个垂直领域创新工作室的共建签约。

Research Institute, Shanghai Guan'an Information Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Wosh Data Technology Co., Ltd., and Ziguang Tongxin Microelectronics Co., Ltd. attended the standard compilation ceremony.
At present, AI-eSIM is developing rapidly with the integrated operation model of Byte+Token, while the short board of standardization is becoming increasingly prominent. The upstream and downstream of the industrial chain lack a unified interaction paradigm, and the docking cost of different manufacturers' models is high and the interconnection is difficult, which restricts the large-scale development of the industry.
The AI-eSIM group standard compilation launched this time is led by China Mobile Internet of Things Company, the head of the AI-eSIM Professional Committee, and co-edited by China Telecom Corporation Limited Omnichannel Operations Center and Unicom Hua Sheng Communication Co., Ltd. It will fully standardize the core links of the entire AI-eSIM industrial chain, and clarify the interface definitions, interaction processes and operation standards of each module such as intelligent Internet of Things terminals, over-the-air card writing, identity authentication, intelligent body platforms, and AI-eSIM operation management platforms to provide interface standards for the interconnection of intelligent Internet of Things terminals.
Next, the standard drafting group will promote the compilation work in accordance with the management specifications of the China Communications Enterprise Association group standard, and will attract production, learning, research and application units such as chips, modules, terminals, platforms and scientific research institutions to participate in the development.
At the meeting, the Xiong'an New Area AI Intelligent Hardware Key Laboratory (hereinafter referred to as the Laboratory) was officially unveiled, marking a key step in the innovation of the AI intelligent hardware industry and the construction of an ecological system in Xiong'an New Area.
The laboratory is a professional innovation platform built by China Mobile based on the digital city construction of Xiong'an New Area and oriented to the development of the National Internet of Everything industry. It is built and operated by Xinsheng Technology, a subsidiary of China Mobile Internet of Things Company.
The laboratory focuses on the core needs of the industry, based on AI-eSIM, to attack the technological innovation of AI intelligent hardware, with the core positioning of enabling model iteration and upgrading and building a virtuous circle of industrial ecology. It has built a full-chain system covering "display-idea-prototype-model-replication and promotion" to form a cooperative closed loop of deep integration of industry, academia, research and application.
Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd., Tencent Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd., and JD.com signed as strategic cooperation platforms for the AI-eSIM Professional Committee of the China Communications Enterprise Association and the laboratory.
Representatives of studios such as Lenovo (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Beijing Yixu Technology Co., Ltd., Kunlun Digital Intelligence (Xiong'an) Technology Co., Ltd., Baoding Baigou New Town Plush Toy Association, Shenzhen Dash IoT Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Hanwang Zhiyuan Technology Co., Ltd., Hunan Happy Sunshine Interactive Entertainment Media Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Honghan Microelectronics Co., Ltd. signed an agreement with Xinsheng Technology, a subsidiary of China Mobile Internet of Things Company, to build an innovative studio in multiple vertical fields.
