9月10日，AI潮玩与高端收藏卡品牌IPTAG宣布完成千万级战略融资。本轮融资由高投集团策源资本旗下成都策源高都共创股权投资基金（简称“策源高都基金”）独家投资，资金将重点投向AI工艺研发、优质IP合作拓展、产品体验升级，以及渠道与供应链建设，进一步夯实IPTAG的品牌底座。
作为成都数潮宇宙文化科技有限公司打造的AI潮玩品牌，IPTAG以IP为核心驱动，围绕卡牌、潮玩与衍生周边搭建多元产品矩阵，覆盖NFC卡牌、墨水屏手机壳、AI全息智能体等品类，并逐步向AI陪伴场景延伸。品牌将实体IP潮玩与AI、NFC等前沿技术深度融合，构建起“实体+数字”的潮玩体验。
自2025年8月成立以来，IPTAG已联手多家IP机构推出昭陵六骏官方收藏卡、陕西联合足球俱乐部2025赛季纪念收藏卡、朱朱之城艺术收藏卡、龙虎山文旅收藏卡、特立独行电影收藏卡等系列高端卡牌；同时自主研发了casemuse墨水屏手机壳等NFC 3C周边产品。
本轮投资方成都策源高都共创股权投资基金，是成都高新区与都江堰市携手组建的首支跨区域产业基金，由高投集团策源资本旗下成都高新新经济创业投资有限公司与都江堰兴市集团联合发起，总规模3亿元。基金聚焦数字经济、文旅康养、低空经济、先进制造、生物医药等重点领域。

On September 10, the AI-driven toy and high-end collectible card brand IPTAG announced the completion of a multi-million dollar strategic funding round. The investment was made by the Capital Strategy High-End Fund, a fund under the Capital Strategy division of High-Tech Group, operating in Chengdu. The funds will be primarily used for AI process research and development, expanding partnerships with premium intellectual properties, upgrading product experiences, and developing sales channels and supply chains, thereby strengthening IPTAG's brand foundation.
As the AI fashion brand created by Chengdu Shuchao Universe Culture Technology Co., Ltd., IPTAG is driven by IP and builds a diverse product matrix around card games, fashion toys, and derivative peripherals, covering NFC card games, e-ink phone cases, AI holographic entities, and extending into AI companionship scenarios. The brand deeply integrates physical IP fashion toys with cutting-edge technologies such as AI and NFC, constructing a "physical + digital" fashion toy experience.
Since its establishment in August 2025, IPTAG has collaborated with multiple IP agencies to launch a series of high-end cards, including the official collection card for the Six Horses of Zhao Mausoleum, the 2025 commemorative collection card for the Sichuan United Football Club, the Zhu Zhu City art collection card, the Longhushan tourism collection card, and the "Standing Alone" movie collection card. Additionally, it has independently developed NFC 3C peripheral products like the casemuse e-ink phone case.
The investor for this round, the Capital Strategy High-End Fund (full name: Chengdu Capital Strategy High-End Innovation Equity Investment Fund), is the first cross-regional industrial fund jointly established by the Chengdu High-Tech District and Dujiangyan City. It was initiated by the Chengdu High-Tech New Economy Venture Capital Co., under the Capital Strategy division of High-Tech Group, and Dujiangyan's Xingshi Group. The fund has a total scale of 300 million yuan and focuses on key areas such as the digital economy, tourism and wellness, low-altitude economy, advanced manufacturing, and biomedicine.
As a key cultural and technology enterprise incubated in the Dujiangyan Qingcheng cooperative district, with the support of this funding round, IPTAG will continue to deepen AI process innovation and integrate high-quality IP resources. The goal is to build an AI toy platform that combines creative content, product innovation, and industrial connectivity, accelerate the development of an ecosystem, and drive the construction of a future-oriented digital toy ecosystem and IP economic infrastructure.
