Recently, Tencent announced that its Hunyuan API will be fully open for free, helping businesses reduce costs and improve service efficiency in the competitive market. This strategy comes as the domestic AI model pricing war intensifies, aiming to provide more advantageous intelligent customer service solutions for various companies. For many businesses, while the cost of use has decreased, the real key lies in how to effectively utilize this resource.
Through a simple three-step process, businesses can quickly build a 24/7 online AI customer service platform for their shops at zero cost. First, businesses need to register and log in to Kuazi (a free platform under ByteDance), which is a very fast process. Second, create an intelligent customer service character and set it as the shop's customer service, then enter information about the main product models and common issues to ensure the AI can accurately respond to customer inquiries.
In daily operations, businesses should habitually check conversation records and update the knowledge base in a timely manner to continuously improve the quality of AI replies. It is particularly important to note that the AI should provide a range for price information, while precise price negotiation still requires human intervention.
