Onyx Boox has just updated its latest-generation Go 10.3 Gen 2 and the Go 10.3 Lumi. The 4.2 firmware optimizes the warm light for a more natural, warmer reading experience. They have also added Stroke Stabilization: To address feedback regarding trembling strokes when drawing straight lines, they added a stabilization option for the standard Pen brush in the Notes app to smooth things out.
Beyond the Lumi-specific fixes, 4.2 includes a broader set of changes introduced with the Note Air 5C beta, such as a revamped calendar app with Google Calendar sync, lasso-to-calendar and to-do conversion in notes, a Template Hub, and a display customization tool aimed at optimizing E Ink. You can view the changelog here for more information.
The big selling points of both models are Google Android 15, which brings improved security features and smoother performance compared to Android 12, found on the first-generation model. They also have a 300 PPI e-paper display, making reading a more visceral experience. The two models provide lite note-taking functionality and the ability to view and edit PDF files. It supports the InkSense Plus stylus, which provides 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity.
If you want to buy the GO 10.3 Lumi, you can buy it from the Good e-Reader Store. You can also purchase the stock 10.3 at a more affordable price.
